He got a flashlight friend, the one he's mentioned every single time he sees that commercial. And that commercial comes on a LOT.
Saturday was his party. We had it at Jump Mania, which is what he wanted. However, when we showed up at Jump Mania about 15 minutes before party time, it was locked (we were the first party that day) and the owners wife showed up and told us she didn't have a key. She said they lived far away but would hurry home to get it.
WHAAAAAAT?!
Problem. However, they remedied the issue without being late. They called a lock smith to unlock the doors and we got in with about 5 minutes to spare before party time. Whew!!! Narrow disaster aversion. Carter had a great time! I rarely saw him the entire party. He was running around and playing. Which is exactly what I wanted. :) And it was the first chance I got to really meet several of his preschool friends' parents, since his class is mostly new kids. The others went to kindergarten in September, so his class is mostly kids that moved up from the younger class.
